Takashi Murakami
Nahmad Contemporary and Perrotin
February 14 2024 – March 20 2024

Monday to Sunday, 11 am – 6 pm

We are thrilled to bring to the Gstaad community Takashi Murakami, a collaborative exhibition by Nahmad Contemporary and Perrotin.

Featuring a selection of life-size sculptures by the Japanese artist, the show is set to break ground in Gstaad with its unique access to Murakami’s iconic oeuvre.

On view are recent iterations of the legendary Mr. DOB and the anime-inspired Miss Ko2. Conceived in the nineties, these two emblematic characters form the lifeblood of Murakami’s visual language — marking his commitment to scrupulous execution as well as a long-standing interest in blurring the distinction between high and low.
